We will present the index concept that we developed over the past four months, with major inputs from the highly fruitful workshop we held in October. As the concept is still work in progress, we will also highlight potential pitfalls and controversies, and we hope for a lively discussion about developing the concept further, as well as perspectives towards implementing the index.
