POSTCOLONIAL OCEANS
The conference 'Postcolonial Oceans. Contradictions and Heterogeneities in the Epistemes of Salt Water' by the Association for Anglophone Postcolonial Studies (GAPS) and the International Association for Colonial and Postcolonial Linguistics (IACPL), is this year jointly hosted by the Institute for Postcolonial and Transcultural Studies (INPUTS), the Department of Anthropology and Transcultural Studies, and the Network Project 'Worlds of Contradiction' of the University of Bremen, the Deutsche Schiffahrtsmuseum (DSM) and the Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT).
The conference will take place May 30 to June 2, 2019 in Bremen.
